PREP FOR YOUR CLASS
ARRIVE EARLY.
Please make sure to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and set up your bike properly for class.
HYDRATE.
Be sure to drink plenty of water before & after your class. Please bring your own water bottle to class with you as well.
FUEL YOUR BODY.
At the very least, please try and eat a small snack within an hour of your scheduled class.
