  • How can I book a class?

    Using our website, navigate to "BOOK NOW". Here, you will find a link to Vagaro, where you can easily create an account, purchase a single drop-in, package, or membership, and book your class.

  • When do I book a class?

    Classes go live every Sunday at 5:00pm CDT for that weeks classes.

  • Can I choose my own spot?

    You will have the opportunity to choose your bike in person at check-in.

  • What if the class fills up?

    Join our waitlist. By doing so, you will receive an email or text notifying you if a spot becomes available.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes. In the event that you do not cancel within this time, the following fees will be applicable:

    Memberships: $10

    Packages: $10

    "No- shows": $18

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We do not offer refunds for classes. In the event that you cancel your class within the 12-hour cancellation window, your class credit will be added back to your profile for later use.

  • Late Arrivals

    We do not allow late entry into our classroom. For the safety of our instructors and members, doors will be locked at class time and will not reopen for the remainder of class.

    We value our your time and ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time.

  • What does it mean if class is "filmed"?

    Periodically, classes will be filmed for Revive content creation, photos, etc.

    In the event that a class is being filmed, you will be notified ahead of time via our Sunday email.

  • Is there a dress code for filmed classes?

    We kindly asked that you wear only BLACK or WHITE attire when attending filmed classes. This can be Revive merchandise or non- affiliated attire.
